I understand Trinitarian belief and have taught it many times in apologetics, but

after being a Mormon for 21 years before Christianity I completely understand the

argument made. God said “we/us” and says God has a God which fits the theology very

well. So I would call on a strong hermeneutical discussion that would show if the

Bible advocates polytheism or monotheism.

In the book called God‘s Plan for Man by Finis Jennings Dake He compiled over 300 scriptures for the Trinity.
This was surprising to me since I had read the Bible cover to cover. The Bible constantly unfolds, it’s as if stuff just starts showing up out of thin air.

**“John 1:1 presents a foundational truth: ‘In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.’ This affirms the unity and divinity of Christ within the Godhead, supporting the doctrine of the Trinity—not as three separate gods, but as one God revealed in Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The context of the passage demonstrates how the term ‘God’ refers to the same divine nature, even as Scripture unfolds deeper understanding. It’s a powerful starting point for dialogue on how God’s Word reveals His identity!”**

Troy Day you know they found a partial Hebrew text in a Vatican in a junk box of that very scripture. In the way the Hebrew emphasized Christ as being next to God the father was awesome. Which fits perfectly with Ephesians chapter 1, describing Christ on the right hand of the father.

Moses Bishop ???? Bishop Bernie L Wade Bishop Larry W. Nichols Terry Wiles The post-resurrection teachings of Jesus circle back to the Father’s love, authority, and plan. Jesus reveals the intimacy believers can have with the Father, equips them for mission, and promises the Father’s Spirit—encouraging trust, worship, and a renewed sense of identity as children of God.
