Lots of things are prophesied. Are all prophecies meant to be supported? It was prophesied that Jesus would die on a cross. Would you have wanted to help pur him there because it was prophesied?

Depends WHO prophecies! Problem here is “Mr. Trump is uncannily prophetic! …. he predicted things …. Trump predicted ”

The real charismatic problem is people operating the Gifts of the Spirit without being baptized in the Spirit. A prime example now a politician is “predicting” things.

Are we entering an era when the church seizes operating in the gifts of the Spirit while governments and politicians “predict” and prophecy over the nation all while “have not even heard that there is a Holy Spirit.” (Acts 19:2)?

      Troy
      As a responsible Christian leader,
      BUT FIRST
      Yes, but FIRST
I have a Christian duty from myself to my Saviour.

Then my 2nd duty is to my wife as we are one.
Then my children as the family was here before the Church or any other group(ing).

So as a Christian that just happens to pastor and lead a flock,
I handed out voter guides on where each candidate stands on the issues. I then asked each one to consider what the Bible says, what Jesus taught, and pray concerning the election and their choice.

      You see Troy
As a pastor in a 501c3 church/organization I can teach and preach on the issues
But NOT for or against a particular candidate.

So, do you know which issues each is for and against or are you just idealizing a party platform and personality?
(They are just about identical whether party platform or for the individual – I just wonder if you have actually checked and done the due diligence for your homework?).

Amalgamation of the prophetic with the political in the Byzantium was called a symbiosis of church and state. In this country we have long recognized a separation of church and state. Though, some calvinistic and Kingdom Now theology have made the way to merge both for what in fact is a ludicrous and utopian church state with a physical Christ present on earth.

Bottom line, Trump is not the prophet of God or to the church. If he is a prophet of someone else we may have arrived at the point of history which Ricky Grimsley has described as being setup for the Antichrist

      Common grace,
Common grace does not take/need/make a prophet.
Trump knowing the people involved (he knows the Clintons well so he is bound to have knowledge of those people within their circles) (that is not being a prophet).
Besides if they say he is a prophet then he disqualified himself with this – from the Charisma article, ”
In fact, back in 2013, he said that, “Huma should dump the sicko Weiner” because he’s “a calamity that is bringing her down with him.” He saw the national security implications of Abedin’s close relationship with Clinton.”
      Well…..that is what trump said.
Weiner is a liability, but Huma has her own trouble which can’t be hurt by another person.
Do a YouTube and computer search of Huma, their family business and their links to Saudi Arabia, (her mother, father, and brother with their organizational ties to terrorist groups).

Trump may have nailed it on Weiner but he missed it on Huma personally.

What does the Bible say about partially right prophets?
