THE FEAST OF TABERNACLES (PART TWO).

This is PART TWO. Try to find Part ONE before reading this one.

Is the Feast of Tabernacles for Israel or the Church?

Between Pentecost and Tabernacles, there was an interval time of 3 months, these being the 4th, 5th. and 6th months. Passover and Pentecost were linked together by a few weeks but Tabernacles stood alone at the END of the sacred year (please note that the Jews had a Sacred and Civil Year), separated from the previous Feasts by several months. The Feast of Tabernacles is generally recognized as the Feast of Prophecy — that is, a Feast that has yet to find fulfillment. It is this point that the difference of opinion arises concerning to WHOM this Feast pertains: whether to the nation of Israel, or the CHURCH.

I will try and refrain from looking at any of the comments until midway with the teaching. God Bless your New Year 2020.

Stay tuned for PART THREE…

ZECHARIAH 14:16 Then all who survive from all the nations that came to attack Jerusalem will go up annually to worship the King, the LORD who rules over all, and to observe the Feast of Tabernacles.
17 But if any of the nations anywhere on earth refuse to go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD who rules over all, they will get no rain.
In the end it will be for every nation on earth.

Also the 3rd feast for all generations commanded to keep. Now Passover was the highest of sabbaths over any feast and why Jesus became our high sabbath our daily rest. Tabernacles was dated perfectly so a king would be born upon the first day of it as God tabernacled with us. Sadly upon the 8th and final day of the feast the Jew Priest that claim to be of the tribe of Judah meaning Jew they commit a abomination by biting the foreskin from babes and sucking the blood. Yeah they are a vile evil bunch but the 8th day of tabernacles would also be the day Jesus was circumcised hence cutting off of the flesh. This goes with the 7th trumpet when there shall no longer be no flesh when all man and creature upon the earth shall be changed in a twinkling of an eye to spirit form our true bodies. Knowing the true date of tabernacles is very important as it was set by the sun that never changes as we are children of light and not children of night that keep any feast by the lunar calendar

‘And he said, “Go your way, Daniel, for the words are closed up and sealed till THE TIME OF THE END.’’ Daniel 12:9

‘Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, “The feasts of the Lord, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are My feasts.” Leviticus 23:2

The Feasts of The Lord are the redemptive career of the Messiah. Moses was told to proclaim all seven. Each Feast is an appointed time when God will meet with believers. Only by understanding the purpose of these holy convocations can one understand the fulfillment of the First and Second Coming of Christ. (Lev. 23:1-44)

‘…That Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day…’ 1 Corinthians 15:3-4

Jesus fulfilled the first four Feasts during His First Coming.
    (Lev. 23:5-22, 1 Cor. 15:3-4)

The Feast of Passover represents the shedding of His blood for the sins of the world. (1 Pet. 1:19, 1 John 2:1-2, Isa. 53:4-6)

The Feast of Unleavened Bread represents His body not decaying in the grave. (Psa. 16:10, Acts 2:31)
The Feast of Firstfruits represents His physical resurrection on the third day. (1 Cor. 15:3-4, Luke 24:7)

The Feast of Weeks (Pentecost) represents believers being baptized in the Holy Spirit. (Acts 1:5; 2:4)

‘For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God…’ 1 Thessalonians 4:16

Although you hardly ever hear this truth taught, which is why it’s so hard for many to believe, Jesus will fulfill the last three Feasts of the Lord during His 2nd coming.

During the Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah), the Son of Man will gather His elect before pouring out His wrath upon the wicked. (Lev. 23:24-25, Mat. 24:37-40)

During the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur), the Holy One will physically return for the salvation of Israel. (Lev. 23:27-32, Dan. 9:24, Rom. 11:25-27, Heb. 9:28, Rev. 10:1-7)

During the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot), the Lamb of God will gather His firstfruits before His final wrath destroys the wicked. (Lev. 23:34-43, Rev. 14:1-4; 15:1; 16:17)
