Easter is simply a word for Resurrection Day for believers. Now, for others, it’s more about the Easter bunny.

In my mind the word has become sanctified due to how Christians think about it. But if you step futher back and think about The Resurrection, it is the greatest mystery in the universe. How God could come and be like one of us and resurrect us back to himself.
Mystery is good mystery is what we will look at 10,000 years from now when we are gazing upon the throne and are still in awe of the Lord of mystery!

Troy Day you’ve heard of Disney’s Genie in a bottle? Will that is spelled “Jinn” in Arabic. The entire Arab culture and Islam believe in Jinns.
Islam teaches that every believer has a good jinn on his right shoulder and a bad jinn on his left shoulder. If a Muslim is lying to you he may be trying to shake his right shoulder to tell the good Jinn to shut up so he can accomplish his task.
In folk Islam (the syncretism of Islam and local indigenous beliefs) dealing with evil spirits is huge. Often times the Imam of the local mosque will also be the biggest witch doctor in the area.
ISLAM HAS NO HOLY SPIRIT to deal with evil spirits (jinns)!
