1 Cor 15:57 ‘But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.’
Purpose of the Church is being trained to reign in a war that Christ has already won, by faith appropriating His victory in our circumstances.

His victory and our entering into it are combined as in the following verses:-
Rom 8:37 ‘We are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.’
Phil 4:13 ‘I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.’
Rev 12:11 ‘They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb.’
2 Cor 2:14 ‘Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ.’

We will never experience victory by trusting in ourselves, and God never gives us victory unless we enter into the victory by exercising the faith He supplies.

1 Tim 6:12 ‘Fight the good fight of faith’ by having faith in the good news that ‘it is finished’ and as we enter into the power of it we experience HIS victory.

Rom 8:16-17 ‘The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,
17 and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.’
Being a co-heir of Christ in the millennium is conditional that we suffer faithfully with Him in this life by walking in Spirit, so Spirit works will survive Judgement fire as gold rewards.
The other category of Christians who are only heirs of God (gr tekna), are carnal Christians who will enter the millennium as adopted sons of God but not co-heirs with Christ.
