Pamphlet 1452 Rapture kc 1

The day, of our gathering back to Christ,
will not happen until AFTER the spurious messiah has reigned.

There is no more fitting way to begin an examination of the Rapture theory than with the words of the great scholar, E.W. Bullinger, in his Introductory to “How to Enjoy the Bible”, pg. 6, American Christian Press, New Knoxville, Ohio.

“When we come to ask ourselves, and say, ‘Where did I learn this?’ ‘How did I get this?’ ‘Who taught this to me?’ it is astonishing to find out how much we have imbibed from man, and from tradition; and not directly and for ourselves, from the Word of God.

“All that we have learned from our youth up must be tested and proved by the Word of God. Where we find it is true we must learn it over again, from God. And where it will not stand the test of His Word we must be not only content, but thankful to give it up; and receive Divine revelation in the place of man’s imagination.”

So what is this Rapture theory?

What makes it so popular?

And why is it a major doctrine in the majority of the Christian churches?

Today there is considerable disagreement among Bible theorists
(those are people who develop their own doctrines and
then look for scriptures to support them) as to when this Rapture occurs.

We have the Pre-trib, Mid-trib, and Post-trib theorists (“trib” is short for tribulation).

The Pre-trib theory is the most prevalent
and states that Christ returns before the tribulation of the false-christ
and “takes away” His church.

Furthermore, this event could occur at any moment
(which is the reason my Grandma said I should always wear clean underwear).
The antichrist is then left free to wreck havoc and destruction upon the earth,
something akin to a WW III.

Sound reasonable to you?
Hey, sounds great!
We just fly up in the air before the battle and save our own “skins”?

Do you for one moment think that men and women of God are afraid to take a stand
and face losing their lives (in the flesh) if need be to defend their loved ones?
They have proven time and again they are not afraid, else we would not be free today!

To make matters worse, many Christians are told
that when Satan is here they are going to be flown to a place of safety!

It is embarrassing that our brothers and sisters want to “flee into the wilderness”
(most are told they are going to Petra) to be protected by a bunch of rocks.
They’ve been listening to people with rocks in their heads, promoting a sick woman’s dream.

We don’t need sheltered caves to protect us!
We’re men and women of God, Christians!
Our ROCK is around us at all times.

Besides, Satan is not going to be firing bazookas and bullets at us anyway…
he’s going to firing lies at us,
those fiery darts of deception (Eph 6)!

We need to wake up and quit listening to the uneducated!

Remember what E.W. Bullinger suggested in the opening of this study.

Put this Rapture theory to the test of common sense and scripture.

If you can document it in God’s Word then by all means hang onto it.
But if it comes up short then forget it!
Be thankful to drop it like a “hot potato”.
YOU must decide for yourself based upon your consultation with the Word.

I suppose what is most amazing about the Rapture theory
is that the Bible is not unclear at all about when Jesus Christ returns.

He returns at the seventh trump, the last trump,
after Satan has been standing in Jerusalem claiming he is God.

Paul explained this so thoroughly and simply
that there is no way we can misunderstand who comes first.

2 Thes. 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto Him,

The subject is “the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and our gathering unto Him”.

[2] That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

Paul is saying “don’t be confused about when Christ returns,
whether someone tells you to believe their ‘version’
or some Bible thumper twists chapter 4 verses 16-17 of my first letter to you, 1st Thessalonians.”

[3] Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

Jesus Christ IS NOT returning until the great apostasy (falling away) occurs
AFTER Satan, the son of perdition (meaning the son who will perish), is revealed.

[4] Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

The spurious messiah, Satan,
will have all the credentials necessary to convince the world
that he is in fact the Messiah come.

This will happen at the sixth trump,
BEFORE Christ returns.

[5] Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

Paul is reminding them that he covered all this when he was with them,
but false teachers had been up to “no good”.

[6] And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. [7] For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

Every Rapturist I know claims that the “he” in “he who now letteth will let,
until he be taken out of the way” is the Holy Spirit.

In other words, the Holy Spirit will be taken away in the Rapture
along with the saints
and then Satan will be left to do his destructive thing.

Sorry!

That’s such poor scholarship they ought to be ashamed.

But they are not.

They are blind and they are leading the blind.

They have a theory and they twist a poor translation to make it fit.

It won’t fit.

If you are fortunate to have a Companion Bible it will document the subject and the transitive verb used here, which requires that an object be supplied. For simplicity sake, and if you do not have a Companion Bible, just know that it will document that the following translation (though not recommended as a regular study Bible) is correct and quite accurate concerning these verses.

2 Thes. 2:6 (Living Bible) And you know what is keeping him from being here already; for he can only come when his time is ready.

Keeping who from being here?

Satan, the son of perdition.

He is the subject being discussed.

This is so simple.

[7] As for the work this man of rebellion and hell will do when he comes, it is already going on, but he himself will not come until the one who is holding him back steps out of the way.

This man of hell, Satan himself,
is coming IN PERSON when the one who is restraining him let’s him go.

[8] Then this wicked one will appear, whom the Lord Jesus will burn up by his presence when he returns.

So who, pray tell, is the one who is holding Satan back?

The day, of our gathering back to Christ,
will not happen until AFTER the spurious messiah has reigned.

That’s a “no brainer”.

It’s Michael, the archangel, the prince of Israel.

Rev. 12:7-9 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, [8] And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. [9] And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

You didn’t know Satan was in heaven?

Well that’s where he is right now and Michael and his troops have him restrained.

Yes,
Satan was here, in person, in the garden of Eden and at the time of Job.

But the last time he was here, in person, was when he tempted Christ,
who upon overcoming his temptation, put him behind Him.

And that’s where he is now.

Satan’s evil spirit is here,
just as the Holy Spirit is here,
but neither Satan nor Christ are presently here, in person, yet.

They are both coming soon and Satan,
as Paul explained in Thessalonians, will arrive first.

When he and his angels are let go
(cast out by Michael and his angels)
“then will that wicked one be revealed”.

Make no mistake!

Let no man deceive you!

Believe our Father’s Word.

For that day, of our gathering back to Christ,
will not happen until AFTER Satan, as the false-christ, has reigned.

To study the Bible is the noblest of all pursuits; to understand it, the highest of all goals.
We pray that with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, you accomplish both.

Truth is, when Jesus returns back to earth with the saints and angels, no one is caught up. Instead, all the wicked tares are removed, FIRST, and saints help judge the living nations of the world. The harpazo is a doctrine of truth, but men such as Arnold Murray used chapters, or verses, not even applicable to the rapture, claiming these Scriptures to be a “fly away” doctrine used by those who taught the rapture. What Murray gave from Ezekiel is never used by rapture proponents, as it is about soothsayers and charmers, casting spells on those who came to them, and nothing about saints flying away, but mentioned their clients as if birds who fly but are caught in a snare.! 2 Thess. 2: 6 is not about Satan, but the man of sin, the literal Antichrist, who rises to power but is not Satan, literally, but the Little Horn, the Assyrian, the rod of God’s chastisement. Scriptures say pray to be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass and to stand before the son of man. This will be at the Bema Seat judgment. Let me reiterate, Satan is NOT the Antichrist! PROOF—Antichrist will be slain and cast into the Lake of fire by Christ at or near the END of the seven years of tribulation, along with the false prophet. However, Satan, a separate entity from the Antichrist, will not be cast into the Lake of Fire until at the end of the Millennial reign, one thousand years later! He will be shut up in the bottomless pit. And, we read the beast (Antichrist) is still there, in the Lake of fire, even after 1000 years! We see two different entities here, and they are not one and the same, as falsely taught. Blessings in He who will receive (take) his worthy ones and they shall forever be with the Lord. Amen!

Believers, who are our brothers and sisters do NOT want to flee into the wilderness. They know they are safe in Christ if living worthy and in HIM. Those in Judea are told to do so, by the Lord, as to those in the area Judea, and will do so to be protected in that day near Petra/Moab Jordan area. Then, they will be refined and purified and 1/3rd reconciled to the Lord, BECOMING our brothers and sisters in the Lord! No embarassment for these, as they will be in obedience according to God’s predetermined pan for National Israel, the Revelation 12 woman. Satan has already bern revealed in God Word, as to his attributes, schemes, character, and as to how he hoes about. The Antichrist has not been revealed, as to the man who is the Little Horn to rise in the future, but will be when the restrainer is taken away.

Jackie D. Suttles….Oh, I see you haven’t studied “all about” what the son of perditionmeans, or “son of eternal destruction. “. Was Judas Iscariot, Satan, or another entitity Satan influenced to do his bidfing, just like Antichrist will be? Jesus said….12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled. Who was lost? Who, by transgression fell? Who had the spirit of the Father speaking through him also during his ministry when sent forth? Who was to shake the dust off his feet, if not received, before he fell by transgression? It wasn’t Satan, but referred to Judas in this Scripture.

Jo Kelly ok then if that’s the truth then read Matthew 24:3-42
[3]And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

***What did they just say Jo? What event are they asking about?

[4]And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

[5]For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

    ***Calling themselves Christ or Christians.

[6]And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

***He tells us not to be troubled about what Jo?

[7]For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

***Sounds bad hmmm but He tells us to not be troubled right…

[8]All these are the beginning of sorrows.

    ***Beginning of what Jo?

[9]Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.

***What’s going to happen to US? Don’t add to the scripture Jo. What does it say?

[10]And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

***Sounds like Tribulation doesn’t it Jo? Everyone is still here too…. Jesus Himself with HIS own mouth is explaining step by step what IS going to happen. No need in u or anyone else adding ANYTHING!

[11]And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

***There’s the ones adding fables & lies to God’s Word!

[12]And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

    ***Iniquity- that’s evilness Jo.

[13]But he that shall ENDURE unto the END, the same shall be saved.

***What did Jesus just say Jo??? Those who what???? Will what Jo?

[14]And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

[15]When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

[16]Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:

[17]Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:

[18]Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.

[19]And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

[20]But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:

[21]For then shall be great TRIBULATION, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

    ****There’s that word Jo…. Tribulation!

[22]And except those days should be shortened, there should NO FLESH be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.

[23]Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.

[24]For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

[25]Behold, I have told you before.

****Jesus said HE has told US!

[26]Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

[27]For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

[28]For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.

[29]Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

    ***Jo Immediately AFTER what????

[30]And THEN shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

[31]And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

[32]Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:

[33]So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

[34]Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

***This generation shall NOT pass away!

[35]Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

[36]But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

[37]But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

[38]For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

[39]And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

***WHO are the ones who got taken AWAY in the flood?

[40]Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

[41]Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

[42]Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

****Jo we are NOT to add or take away from God’s Word. If u believe Jesus then u can easily see that we will all go through the Tribulation. Honestly a 5 year old can read & understand this. The prob is fables get added & people had rather believe them instead of Jesus Himself. So very very sad.

Jackie D. Suttles, If you can read in context, and exegete what is written in the Scriptures correctly, you, as a believer should be able to see the tribulation is NOT a time of testing for the righteous of the botn again Church, his body, of whom he is head.. This theory goes against the very nature of out Savior who is the Good Shepherd, not as the hireling! Jesus is not putting his children in the midst of peace on earth being taken away! He gives us peace that passes our own understanding, as He is the Prince of our peace! He left peace with true disciples. Does he ever threaten to spew the righteous out into tribulation?

Jackie D. Suttles…You are 100% correct as to the fables men perpetrate, and many call themselves ministers of the gospel! That is like the false “serpent seed doctrine”, and tales of Sunday worship being the maark of the beadt. Or, fables as to an Investigative Judgment, now since 1844! Jesus never said the tribulation of the last week of years of the seventy years was appointed for Luke’s people, or the church but Daniel’s people in the last days! The church did not even exist, as now, back in Daniel’s day, of those regenerated by the blood of the one perfect Lamb of God. What are the reasons for this week of years?

This verse is not the rapture, Jackie D. Suttles….
[31]And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. What is this referring to? Resurrected saints rise by the same piwer that raised Jesus, and need no angelic gathering! Where do we read in prophecy?

Jackie D. Suttles….. Here are more Biblical facts to help you see the answers to the questions in your post….Who was referred to, (what people) to as, “being carried away into all nations and being scattered”, that Jesus was speaking both about, and to? Was it the church, or the Jews called, “Daniel’s people?” My point is this****Jesus is directly addressing the Jews, identified also by fulfilled prophecy, not about the Gentiles. Luke gives answers that Matthew does not record, stated by Jesus, as answers. Read Luke 21: 23-24 …Verse 23 says “THEY shall be led away captive into all nations. Who were these that fulfilled this prophecy, (as a people group) , carried away as captives, to whom the message was actually addressed? Jesus referred to them in Luke as, “this people.” What people’s redemption would be drawing nigh when they saw all these things come to pass? What signs is Jesus referring to as to ALL taking place in one generation. Read…Luke 20: 8-11 and Matthew 24:34 , as well as Mark 13: 30 as a record of ten signs of the second advent. It is these specific signs that all take place in one generation, as to the specific generation Jesus refers to as not passing away till all BE fulfilled. This is not the Biblical Harpazo, but the Second Advent when Jesus returns (with the saints) and armies of heaven to the earth. Matt. 24: 29–31, Romans 12: 25-29, Isaiah 11: 10-12, 66: 7-8, Zechariah 24, etc. Note all the questions were not answered in Matthew, most use in such discussions, but miss Luke’s details.

See Jo, that’s exactly what I was talking about. There’s no reason for me to post scriptures because u already know what they say & u still don’t believe it. You are one of the many that have been taught the fables of satan & u will not let them go no matter what. Only God Himself can open ur eyes. Nothing I can say or show u will ever make a difference.
