Back in January 2022, I had written an article about this message, but it was to the Israeli Government. The article had very little about the message in it. This article that I am writing today is all about the message that I preached. The title of the message is Not One Israeli Soldier Has to Die in This Coming War. I believe that if the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) officials will pull their forces away from the armies that are crossing their border in this coming Gog and Magog war (the Ezekiel 38 and 39 war) that not one Israeli soldier has to die. We will find out in this message that this has happened in some of the wars of Israel in their past history.

The power of God Almighty has not diminished one bit. Our God is the same today as he was back then. I am asking you to join me in this daily prayer that not one Israeli soldier will die in the Gog and Magog war. I believe the Lord will answer our prayer. Thank you! Let’s get into the message.

Russia, Iran, Turkey, and many people will be invading Israel to totally destroy them and strip the nation of Israel of all of its wealth. The invading forces may be the largest land invasion in the history of mankind. Fighter jets, bombers, helicopters, drones, artillery, tanks, and foot soldiers. Israel will be greatly concerned about this even though it has one of the most feared armies in the world. I believe Russia has learned her lesson in Ukraine and will not make another mistake as she did in the Ukraine war. I pray that the Lord will move upon the hearts of those in charge to pull their forces away from the invading forces. Israel does not back down from anyone, but I really believe they will this time. God will destroy this massive army on the mountains of Israel. I want to remind everyone of the history of Israel and three of the battles that the Lord had fought for them.

1) God Almighty against Egypt at the Red Sea (Exodus 14:14, 25, 28). This was around 3,500 years ago.

Exodus 14:14 “The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.”

Exodus 14:25 “And took off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily: so that the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of Israel; for the LORD fighteth for them against the Egyptians.”

Exodus 14:28 “And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them.”

In verse 14, the Lord tells Israel that he will fight for them. Israel does not even have an army; they have just come out of Egypt. They have been slaves, they don’t have any weapons, and they don’t even know how to fight. Israel doesn’t even have to be afraid because the Lord goes before them. The Lord gets angry when someone is messing with his chosen people. He gets angry when someone messes with his sons and daughters everywhere. That is a really good feeling in my heart. We need to let the Lord fight our battles. The outcome is far better than when we try to fight our own battles.

In verse 25, the Lord took off the wheels of the chariots. There were 600 chosen chariots (verse 7b) in the Egyptian army. That is like having 600 tanks today. Israel did not have one chariot to fight against the enemy. This was probably the best chariot army on the face of the earth at this time. They were pursuing Israel as hard as they could. When the Egyptians had seen the wheels fall off, they realized that the Lord was fighting for the Israelis, but it was too late to turn back. One day, all of the enemies of God will realize it is too late to turn back. No one can go against God; He has never lost a battle, and he never will.

In verse 28, “there remained not so much as one of them.” In a moment, they died and entered into eternity. They felt the water on their bodies, and then they felt torment. I wonder how long it was that they were asking for one drop of water on their tongues.

MOSES AGAINST THE EGYPTIANS (ENEMY CASUALTY 100%; ISRAEL CASUALTY 0%)

2) God Almighty against the Midianites (Judges 7:7, 16, 22, 25). This was around 3,200 years ago.

Judges 7:7 “And the LORD said unto Gideon, By the three hundred men that lapped will I save you, and deliver the Midianites into thine hand: and let all the other people go every man unto his place.”

Judges 7:16 “And he divided the three hundred men into three companies, and he put a trumpet in every man’s hand, with empty pitchers, and lamps within the pitchers.”

Judges 7:22 “And the three hundred blew the trumpets, and the LORD set every man’s sword against his fellow, even throughout all the host: and the host fled to Bethshittah in Zererath, and to the border of Abelmeholah, unto Tabbath.”

Judges 7:25 “And they took two princes of the Midianites, Oreb and Zeeb; and they slew Oreb upon the rock Oreb, and Zeeb they slew at the winepress of Zeeb, and pursued Midian, and brought the heads of Oreb and Zeeb to Gideon on the other side Jordan.”

In verse 7, the Lord told Gideon, “…will I save you.” He also said, “…deliver the Midianites into thine hand.” The Lord wants to fight our battles for us. He is so much stronger than our enemy. He told Gideon by the 300 men. I’m sure Gideon was so concerned about this; the army that was against them was so much larger than they were. The ones that feared God told Gideon to tell them to go back home. It is hard for us to be in this spiritual warfare that we are in with so much fear in our hearts. This fear will get our eyes off Jesus. We will not last if we take our eyes off Jesus.

In verse 16, we find the weapons that the 300 men used against this massive army (possibly 120,000 men): a trumpet, an empty pitcher, and lamps within the pitcher. Humanly speaking, this sounds so crazy. Can you imagine what was going through the minds of the 300 men when they were looking at what was in their hands? The Light of the world ( Jesus Christ) is so much stronger than any enemy.

In verse 22, the Lord set every man’s sword against his fellow. I find it amazing, but this also happens in the Gog and Magog war. I have read articles on Rapture Ready about governments trying to use the weather against their enemies. It is so amazing to me, but that is what the Lord is going to use against the enemies of Israel in this coming war. God has the authority to do this; he is the creator of all things.

In verse 25, the leaders Oreb and Zeeb were beheaded. I’m sure these two leaders thought in their hearts that they would win, but they did not. Not only did they lose, but they died in this war with Israel. There were probably around 120,000 in this valley going against Israel. That had to have been a surprise to them. It will be the same in this coming war with Israel. The leaders of Russia, Iran, and Turkey will be surprised also.

GIDEON AND 300 MEN AGAINST THE MIDIANITES. (ENEMY CASUALTY 100%; ISRAEL CASUALTY 0%)

  1. Almighty God against Assyria (2 Chronicles 32:8 and 2 Kings 19:35-37). This was around 2,700 years ago.

2 Chronicles 32:8 “With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is the LORD our God to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah.”

In verse 8, King Hezekiah tells the people the enemy is of the flesh, but with us, the Lord is our helper. Our God is far bigger than the enemy. I like what it says “and the people rested.” We can rest in the Lord. There is no peace except from the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ. That is why we do not have to fear the enemy. No matter how bad it will get or how big the enemy gets, WE ARE ON THE WINNING SIDE. Thank you, Jesus!

2 Kings 19:35 “And it came to pass that night, that the angel of the LORD went out, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians an hundred fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses.”

2 Kings 19:36 “So Sennacherib king of Assyria departed, and went and returned, and dwelt at Nineveh.”

2 Kings 19:37 “And it came to pass, as he was worshipping in the house of Nisroch his god, that Adrammelech and Sharezer his sons smote him with the sword: and they escaped into the land of Armenia. And Esarhaddon his son reigned in his stead.”

In verse 35, we find that the angel of the Lord had smitten 185,000 men in one night. That is amazing to me. 100% killed, no wounded soldiers. WOW!

In verse 36, the king of Assyria retreated from Jerusalem. He thought in his heart that he would win again; he had not lost a battle before this. If he had won this battle, he would have murdered so many Jews. He had gone to bed, and when he woke up the next morning, he was the only one alive. This did not even put fear in his heart. That is crazy.

In verse 37, he has gone back to his country. This is why I know that he had no fear in his heart. “He was worshipping in the house of Nisroch his god” when his two sons killed him with a sword. He went from thinking he was going to win against Israel to death and torment. Dr. Lloyd Wilson at my Bible college, who read the diary of this king, read that on the way back to his country, he was trying to figure out what had happened to his 185,000-man army that was put to death overnight.

This coming May 14, Israel will celebrate 75 years of becoming a nation again. Israel has fought several wars and has won every one of them.

  1. 1948, The Arab-Israeli war.
  2. 1967, The 6-day war.
  3. 1973, The Yom Kippur war.

This is a list of three of them; there has been a total of 8. There is more to come for Israel. It is so amazing what took place in these wars. I watched a video on them.

In closing:

Ezekiel 38:4; Russia, Iran, and Turkey will attack Israel. The enemy has no choice in this matter.

Ezekiel 39:2; 85% die. They will come from the North to the mountains of Israel.

Ezekiel 39:12; It will take 7 months to bury the dead. Total victory for Israel.

GOD AGAINST ISRAEL (ENEMY CASUALTY 85%; ISRAEL CASUALTY 0%). I pray this will happen. God can do this.

  1. Russian army entered Syria in September 2015.
  2. Iran Army entered Syria on October 1, 2015.
  3. Turkey’s army entered Syria on October 9, 2019.

Their armies are getting stronger every day. I believe that before the end of the year, Russia will tell Israel that it cannot attack Syria anymore.
