Dear Praying Partners
You know how desperate and divided both Parliament and People are right now! There are two major threats to our nation. Firstly, a rebellion against God, which because of our inbuilt (created) need to worship something or someone, (man is a worshipping animal), if man rejects the One and Only true God, then he finds another god or gods to worship. Secondly a driven attempt to destroy democracy which could result in a one world government without Christ!
At the moment, the easier task is to restore democracy – the harder is to call a nation back to God!
This is why I believe that God is calling us to prayer. For 70 years in my life I have proved that only prayer can deliver us and when we, in humility and repentance, call upon Him who is supreme in power and glory to answer, He always will. God never fails – and God has never been defeated in battle. Yes, we are now in the biggest spiritual battle of history which will only end when, by our prayers, God defeats the enemy, and Jesus, Son of the Living God, comes to take control over the affairs of man and rule the world in righteousness and power!
During this week, and specifically, importantly, between the days of January 25 to 29 – the future of our nation will be decided, and history will record the result. The participants in this event are Parliament v People – the battle is literally over democracy! But what Paul described on Mars Hill 2000 years ago as the ‘Unknown God’, is the unseen and virtually unrecognised ‘Greater Power’, Creator of Heaven and earth – HE must be in the battle and ultimate victor!
I believe that God has called us together not just to pray, but to call down all the Power of Heaven, including the Fire of the Holy Spirit, to defeat the enemy and take back our nation from the very jaws of Hell! In Jesus’ Name I call you to join us on this prophetically critical day:
Saturday 26th January 2019
THE SSE ARENA, WEMBLEY – 10.00am to 6.00pm
We are not full – tickets either from our website to save queueing – or at the door on Saturday!
Why did God two months ago put this specific and critical date in my heart for prayer?
Join myself, Clifford Hill, Bishop John Francis, Rev Betty King and many others for the answer!
Please forward this to as many contacts on your email list as you can.

The Brexit problems continue in Parliament and in the nation, the issue has divided more people than I ever remember in my life time.

I think the brexit problem is over There is no getting out from EU for UK unless EU false apart. I see the call for prayer @ Wembley which is NO small thing If such major effort is made means the need is great I wish I could make it in such short notice but maybe next time Seems like UK will be milking brexit for a while until the no go is finalized

Troy Day I don’t know anything about the call to prayer at Wembley the link above does not work. Others like Christians in Politics have also been calling people to prayer. The problem is that Christians are divided on the issues as well. I do not want us to leave the EU but it looks as if this will happen in the worse possible way.

Troy Day I have real problems with much of what is stated in this article because I don’t believe it to be factually correct. Also the Wembley prayer day is completely dominated by people who are pro-Brexit and I do not share their views.

Democracy is tyranny of the majority, driven by mob rule. It always devolves into a worse tyranny. Why would God want to restore something that isn’t after His design?

Troy Day Look at the form of government that Moses instituted on the advice of Jethro and under the authority of God. It was a law based Republic. The issue with a republic is that it only works for a moral people.

I’m behind on some of your questions. But I have been looking for the messages I think you have on. Might have been on UTube. Where the next one was saying President would become antichrist in 2020. Have you seen it. ?

Day of Prayer for Britain 26 January 2019

    Dear Prayer Partner

This is my final email before the great Day of Prayer for our Nation.

As you know our nation – people and Parliament are totally divided – we must pray for unity, but this must begin with us. How can a divided Church pray for God to bring unity to the nation? The last prayer of Jesus was, ‘That they (we) may be united, one.’ The situation in Britain is more serious than in the last war, but as when the King called for the 7 Days of Prayer – and God answered miraculously, so we must believe that God will answer us NOW by a miracle.

We still have some places left – you can buy your ticket at the door. Doors open at 9.00 am – worship starts at 10.00 am and I will be the opening speaker and pray from 10.30 am. Closing is at 6.00 pm.

Arrangements for those attending the Day of Prayer:

    • Tickets are available at the door.
    • The Arena is 5 minutes’ walk from the Wembley Park station.
    • Ticket sales will only cover a small part of the costs, so there will be a love offering.
    • Eurovision will have a book table in the foyer.
    • We will have communion, so please collect your individual cup as you enter.
    • It is a day of fasting, but drinks can be purchased.
    • The front row is reserved for those taking part.
    • Worship will be led by a former Vinesong member and other talented musicians.
    • We will spend as much time as possible in prayer. Remember, our prayer will change our Nation.
    • We believe that the anointing and Power of the Holy Spirit will be with us.

Prayer Points – for other groups who are joining us round the nation

    • Repentance
    • Prayer for the nation: that God will find an answer to the whole question of Brexit.
    • That God will raise up Godly people to lead us.
    • For Revival to change our nation.
    • For persecuted Christians in Britain.
    • For our Youth.
    • To stop the horrendous knife crimes and change young men’s hearts.
    • For the education system which is in opposition to Biblical standards.
    • For our Government.
    • For the Members of our Parliament.
    • That God will work a miracle in our Prime Minister.
    • For the whole British Isles – England – Ireland – Scotland – Wales.
    • For the Church to repent and return to Biblical standards.
    • For Israel – God blesses the nations which bless Israel!

I ask you all to spend time in fasting and prayer in advance so that we shall be together in the right Spirit on Saturday.

No I had not seen this but I don’t receive communications from David Hathaway so that is not surprising. I have my reasons for not supporting David Hathaway but I am not willing to get into a prolonged discussion here. He rightly says we are diivided nation and we are but he has not helped to bring people together because we know that he is a strong opponet of the EU using Biblical texts out of context to justify his views.
