I’m attempting to work with two different sources of Hebrew data that may have parsed the Hebrew using a programmatic algorithm, and, in comparing the two sources, I came across an issue concerning Strong’s number H5980.

It appears to be a noun that often acts as a conjunction or prepostion. One source lists its grammar only as a preposition and the other also as a noun. Would you please tell me if one is clearly right and the other incorrect, or is this a matter of linguistic or philologic opinion?

Please note that the two sources have a differnet number of rows because one source uses vowel points only and the other includes cantillation marks.

Thank you.
