Does Pilate’s statement "What is Truth?" in John 18:38 draw a parallel to Pharoah’s statement, "Who is the LORD,…" in Exodus 5:2?

John draws parallels and references between Jesus and Moses/Pentateuch to show that Jesus is the Christ. Pharoah rejected what Moses said with "Who is the LORD?" Pilate discounted Jesus’ statement with "What is Truth?"

Moses referenced in John’s Gospel:
1:17
1:45
3:14
5:45,46
6:32
7:19,22,23
8:5
9:28,29

Some parallels that are stronger:

For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. (1:17, ESV)

Jesus is the prophet Moses predicted. Many referenced to prophet, including the woman at the well, match referencing this:

Philip found Nathanael and said to him, “We have found him of whom Moses in the Law and also the prophets wrote, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”
(1:45, ESV)

The first plague in Egypt was turning the water into blood. Jesus’ first miraculous sign that John references is turning the water into wine (2:6-11). Wine represents Jesus’ blood in communion.

Note that Matthew in the first chapters of his gospel also makes parallels between Jesus and the Exodus. Paul called Jesus the Pascal lamb which is the implication in:

The next day again John was standing with two of his disciples, and he looked at Jesus as he walked by and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God!”
(1:35–36, ESV)
