[The miracle of the Love of God for us; John the apostle himself, though truly filled with that love of God, and walked in the fullness of His light, does not attempt to describe it; he calls on the world and the Church to behold it, to look at it, to consider it, and wonder at it!] “See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! AND THAT IS WHAT WE ARE! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. Dear friends, NOW WE ARE CHILDREN OF GOD, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, WE SHALL BE LIKE HIM, FOR WE SHALL SEE HIM AS HE IS. ALL WHO HAVE THIS HOPE IN HIM PURIFY THEMSELVES, just as he is pure.” (1 John 3:1-3) [For our despicable bodies shall be made like unto his glorious body; WE SHALL SEE HIM AS HE IS, in all the glory and majesty both of the Divine and human nature!] “WE KNOW THAT we have passed from death to life, BECAUSE WE LOVE EACH OTHER. Anyone who does not love REMAINS in death.” (1 John 3:14) [Paul asks this question: “Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and translated us into the kingdom of the Son of his love?”] “This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And WE OUGHT TO LAY DOWN OUR LIVES FOR OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS.” (1 John 3:16) [We should be ready to risk our life to save the lives of others; and we should be prepared to lay down our lives to redeem their souls when this may appear to be a means of leading them to God!] “Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but WITH ACTIONS AND IN TRUTH. This is how we know that we belong to the truth and how we set our hearts at rest in his presence: If our hearts condemn us, we know that God is greater than our hearts, and he knows everything.” (1 John 3:18-20) [If love consisted in word only, THEN LOVE CEASES as soon as the word is pronounced, but if love consists, not just in word only, it will MOTIVATE US to cause things to happen!]

Be blessed as you praise The Lord, knowing that WE CAN LOVE, NOT JUST WITH WORDS OR SPEECH BUT WITH ACTIONS AND IN TRUTH!
