“…Ruth replied, “Don’t urge me to leave you or to turn back from you. Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. YOUR PEOPLE WILL BE MY PEOPLE AND YOUR GOD MY GOD.” (Ruth 1:16) [Abba Father, let us have this kind of influence on our family and friends! Naomi went home with Ruth and went to work for Ruth’s close relative, Boaz:] “Boaz replied, “I’ve been told all about what you have done for your mother-in-law since the death of your husband…May the LORD repay you for what you have done. MAY YOU BE RICHLY REWARDED BY THE LORD, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge.” (Ruth 2:11-12) [It seemed that this was just by chance, but nothing is just by “chance” with the Lord watching over us! Now Ruth obeyed her mother-in-law and went to be with Boaz, He said:] “And now, my daughter, don’t be afraid. I WILL DO FOR YOU ALL YOU ASK. All the people of my town know that you are a woman of noble character.” (Ruth 3:11) [We may not always understand the ways of the Lord but His ways are always the best ways and our purpose should be to be obedient to the Lord!] “IF YOU OBEY the commandments of the LORD your God that I command you today, by loving the LORD your God, by walking in his ways, and by keeping his commandments and his statutes and his rules, then you shall live and multiply, and THE LORD YOUR GOD WILL BLESS YOU…” (Deut. 30:16) [We must remember…] “…Samuel said, “Has the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, TO OBEY IS BETTER THAN SACRIFICE, and to listen than the fat of rams.” (1 Sam. 15:22)

Be blessed as you praise The Lord, knowing that IF YOU OBEY THE COMMANDMENTS OF THE LORD, THE LORD YOUR GOD WILL BLESS YOU!
