That scripture says it all. The lamb’s bride is arrayed in the righteousness of the saints and therefore the saints are her garment not her. The bride is the city new Jerusalem we adorn her built on jesus.
    1 Peter 2:5-6 KJVS
[5] Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ. [6] Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.

Why cant people see? Look where it leads these days. One song in a worship service is about sloppy wet kisses and romance and then the next will be how God is our father and all that. It isnt logical

Revelation 21:9-10. I will show you the lamb’s wife…and then he shows him new Jerusalem. Its obvious. Look at the wedding parables of Jesus. We are the wedding guests…..every time.

Rico Hero I would have expect Link Hudson to jump on this one since it kills his theory on 1-2 Thes + the Restrainer and proves pre-Trib rapture but may be he will in 1-2 weeks or so Tim

I see no proof of anything along those lines. I did hear a hint that he was ASSUMING pretrib about the tribulational saints. What part are you talking about.

The LXX even uses ekklesia to refer to Israel. I am not xonvinced that we should exclude OT saints from the church of the firstborn of Hebrews 12.

Link Hudson In the Dispensational Premillennial view, the “He” in 2 Thess 2:7 –who is now restraining lawlessness until “he is taken out of the way” , is seen as the Church and more proof of a
      pre-tribulation rapture.

The Historical Premillennial view objects to pre-tribulation rapture because they do not do not see a sharp distinction between Israel and the Church–as seen in Dispensational Premillennialism. Therefore, Historical Premmillenialsm do not beleive the “he” in 2 Thess 2:7 is the church.
