TBI investigating TN church fire as arson
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation confirms they are investigating the fire at a Benton church as an arson. The three buildings of the Mercy Tabernacle church in Benton are considered a complete loss after the fire last week. Since then, the congregation has continued to worship in spite of the destruction to their building. Church members say that someone broke into each building through a window and set each building fire.
