PASTOR, DON’T CANCEL CHURCH ON CHRISTMAS

Dear brother pastor,

I hope it’s not too late to make you reconsider your decision to cancel church on Christmas.

Might it say something good and healthy about your convictions and priorities if you gather for corporate worship on December 25 just like you do every other Sunday?

There is no Rapture in the Bible. Where is the verse where it says what Americans believe: “A trumpet shall sound and Mr. La Hay and his Pentecostal and Baptist friends will be Raptured to the sky”

rapture comes from the latin version which uses the verb rapire to translate the greek word harpadzo lit. to grab away from something i.e. catching away, rapture
