I personally experienced a person attacked by a demon who was speaking in utterance. After the deliverance it was gone . A demon can either imitate or has its own tongue

And did God give the donkey utterance? Numbers 22:28 Yes, donkeys don’t talk, unless their name is Mr. Ed. Was Balaam hallucinating? 22:31 No. Is this a made up story to teach a moral lesson or a historical fact? 2Peter 2:16 Fact. So what is the answer to this scripture? I would say God gave angles the ability to communicate on their own just like people, but if fallen angels choose to cuss like a sailor it is not God talking any more then when we cuss and swear.
