18Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that the LORD God might dwell among them.
19Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.
20He that is our God is the God of salvation; and unto GOD the Lord belong the issues from death.”

Verse 18 is quoted in Ephesians 4:8 concerning the resurrection of our Lord. So it’s interesting to note also, in the same verses the resurrection of Christ is foretold that verse 20 says ‘the issues of death” also translated rescues from death, deliverance, escapes, and the outgoings. Oh the riches of God’s word. His wisom and foreknowledge and the wonderful gift of prophecy. That Jesus is really something!
