**When will the Two Witnesses Appear, during the Great Tribulation or the Wrath of God?**

There is a lot of confusion and speculations about the Two Witnesses in Revelation 11. Maybe the confusion continues because everybody is guessing who it could be instead of looking at the facts. It is important to understand that God always uses at least to witnesses to make his point and to tell us something important.

That does not mean there are only two single people which make up these witnesses.

We know that the olive tree stands for a group of people and the lamp stands stand for a group of people. So two groups of people will witness. For me it is more important to find out when these people will witness. And then maybe get to who it may be. Every body focuses on the people, but lets focus on the time.

Who is a witness for Messiah right now? It is the church and as long as the church is here, these witnesses are not needed.

Lets look when these 2 witnesses appear in Revelation. It is obvious that these witnesses are coming on the scene during the Wrath of God when the church is gone. We hear about them at the end of the seven trumpets. Therefore I assume they are part of that time period. The wrath of God happens after the the rapture of the church.

We see in Revelation 7 that the saints are in heaven and 144000 are sealed.

When the church is raptured, 1. Thessalonians 4, all believers since Adam will be transformed in a twinkling of an eye, whether dead or alive, and will be taken in the rooms Messiah is preparing for them right now, John 14.

Then the wrath of God will start and the ministry of the Two Witnesses. Neither of the raptured saints will have a human body anymore at that time. Therefore, they can not be one of the witnesses. They have to be a group or two groups of the people who have not been raptured and are either part of the foolish virgins who where only pretend Christians before the rapture or new believers.

We know that before the wrath starts in Rev 7, 144 000 are sealed. And from that group people will be the witness for Messiah. They will be from the Jews and from the Gentiles. Unfortunately theses witnesses will never be part of the bride. They will be resurrected at the end of the wrath of God Rev 20. It appears that these witnesses will be ministering for 31/2 years and will die in Jerusalem. However the whole world will be happy about them dying. These witnesses will not have taken the mark of the beast and will be killed by the the Jews. I know may do not want to hear that. If there will actually be a Temple during that time these witnesses will speak against this abomination. And will make the Jews and the fake Christians who did not make it into the rapture very angry.

You continue to deceive and mislead people.

The DAY of the Resurrection is the DAY the earth is DESTROYED BY FIRE, an event like the Flood.

The bowls and the plagues are completed before this FINAL DAY.

No wonder you are confused. You all see everything as mystery in a book named revelation. The bible says “two witnesses. I think i know why it says “two witnesses”, its because It means “two witnesses but don’t take my word for it. Read it ten thousand ways and see if you see where it says anything different from “two witnesses”. Christ help us!

You have made a lot of claims that I don’t find supported in scripture. Perhaps you want to elaborate:

    1) We know that the olive tree stands for a group
    2) the lamp stands stand for a group of people
    3) two groups of people will witness
    4) as long as the church is here, these witnesses are not needed
    5) these witnesses are coming on the scene during the Wrath of God when the church is gone
    6) We hear about them at the end of the seven trumpets
    7) We see in Revelation 7 that the saints are in heaven
    8) these witnesses will never be part of the bride
    9) They will be resurrected at the end of the wrath of God
    10) These witnesses will be killed by the the Jews

Then from these things, you draw your conclusions, which seem to contradict them selves. For example you say the saints will be resurrected before the wrath of God, then you say the resurrection happens after the wrath of God.

all we all need to be is be honest of who we are. whatever is our rule in life, so be it. what God wanted from us is the honesty truthfulness. God did not said to be nice when you are not feeing nice. be who you are inside ou. after all God creaed us all fr a purpose. those who are pretenders will be on damnation for they do not obey God on their specific purpose. just be you of who you are. if you are confused, talk to God in your quiet times. and the Holy soirit will guide you. we cant be who we are not. so if we are guided by the Power of God, you will have peace in your heart. for we all have purpose in life. focused on gods will. for what is menat for your mission/purpose in life.

Leonard LaPadula I am now answering point 9) They will be resurrected at the end of the wrath of God. At the end of the wrath of God in Rev 20 There will be a resurrection. Read Rev 20. You may not agree with me. I hope we can disagree, The church or bride of Christ is raptured before the Wrath of God. (1. Thess 5, Isaiah 26:19-21). These are the people sitting on the thrones in Rev 20 who will judge the resurrected who died during the wrath of God.

We have too many speculations about these witnesses and we need to stick to facts.

“We” indeed often speculate that the two witnesses might be the only two men who were taken to heaven without going through death: Enoch and Elijah and that they will be sent back to Earth to witness and eventually be killed but resurrected after three days and caught up again to heavens. Otherwise why would God have taken these two men alive to Heavens?

What about the 144,000 sealed virgin Jews? Is their purpose to spread the Gospel to the remnant Jews? Where is that mentioned in Revelation? (How would those remnant Jews have survived without taking the mark of the beast?) Will these 144,000 be put to death but resurrected since Rev 14:4 says when a Lamb stootd on the mount Sion”…These were redeemed from among men, being the first fruits unto God and the Lamb”?

In Rev. 7:9-14 mentions a great multitude of people who came from the Great Tribulation. If there were a pre-Trib rapture why are those rapted people not mentioned at all in Revelation? They would probably be in a larger number than those coming fron the Great Tribultation but no mention of them. Or did I miss something?

I have not gone through your argument but want to announce to all that the two witnesses of revelation 11 are already here ministering in Kenya. How blessed is Kenya to host the heavenly angels sent by YAHWEH to prepare the church for entry. They have given a prophecy on their mission in Israel after the rapture. And they have seen war coming to the middle east between Iran and Israel. If you need some clips and recording of various prophecies I can look in my files. Let me know.

They are about to appear when the age of grace is ended, that remains at Father’s sole discretion. This point was answered by Jesus in Luke9:54-56 And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did? But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of.
For the Son of man is not come to destroy men’s lives, but to save them. And they went to another village.
John said, Jn3:30 He must increase, but I must decrease.
John 2:4 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.
Mark 1:14 Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God

The age of grace will end with the taking of the church,

    2 Thessalonians 2:1-6
Now, brethren, concerning the coming (G3953, parousia, from an aspect: – coming presence) of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time.

Edith Neumaier I don’t agree the scripture cleary speaks of 2 prophets in Rev 11:9,10
Then those from the peoples, tribes, tongues, and nations will see their dead bodies three-and-a-half days, and not allow their dead bodies to be put into graves. And those who dwell on the earth will rejoice over them, make merry, and send gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth.
