Jim Price | PentecostalTheology.comToday we are thinking about Zechariah Ch. 9; which raises a lot of questions. Keep in mine that the Jews are just coming back from TWO generations of captivity in Babylon. They are coming back to Jerusalem a city still in ruins from previous battles.
Here they were in a hostile physical environment, it was fall and the barren land would be even more so through the winter. There were no city planners, no state government no federal government and no tax base of any kind. There was of course no Fema. We are not told of how many died through the ensuing months
If you were Zechariah their spiritual leader, their political leader and their cheer leader; what would you do? What could you do?

i would vote Democrat. Then we would make the Babylonians feel guilty and they would give us all a check and food stamps.
