Jesus uses parable and hyperbole, and some irony in what he observes (for instance, the widow’s mite; the marriage at Cana; the fact he seems more comfortable on the timeless shores of Galilee than in the hot-bed centre of action, Jerusalem). But you are right, does Jesus use more direct methods of humour? Certainly, he never uses humour just for the sake of making a joke. At least, we don’t have a record of such.

The only time I remember God being said to laugh is at the wicked that think they are tricking Him. Their day will come. I wouldn’t say this is a funny “haha” kind of laugh though more of a “you are so in for a firey surprise” kind of laugh.
I would imagine Jesus laughs but it’s not recorded in scripture.
Guess there were no good comics in the NT.
I bet when Elijah was taking on the prophets of Baal Christ had a nice giggle about their God being on the potty. *shrugs*
