I thank the Lord for His powerful promises, which are always RIGHT ON TIME and directed toward OUR VERY NEED. We do indeed serve an awesome God!!!
“Grace and peace be yours in abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. HIS DIVINE POWER HAS GIVEN US EVERYTHING WE NEED for a godly life through our knowledge of him WHO CALLED US by his own glory and goodness.” (2 Pet. 1:2-3) [By our Abba Father’s divine power we have EVERYTHING WE NEED to do all He is leading us to do!] “Through these (everything we need) HE HAS GIVEN US HIS VERY GREAT AND PRECIOUS PROMISES, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.” (2 Pet. 1:4) [The fact that we have been delivered from the corruption in this world allows us to be greatly used of God because he is looking for CLEAN vessels to use for delivering His word!] “FOR THE WORD OF GOD IS ALIVE AND ACTIVE. Sharper than any double-edged sword, IT PENETRATES even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.” (Heb. 4:12-13) [God has given us everything we need, and his word is alive and powerful – so let’s take it to our world and watch HIS WORD do miraculous things!] “For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed…but with the PRECIOUS BLOOD OF CHRIST, a lamb without blemish or defect. He was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times FOR YOUR SAKE. Through him you believe in God, who raised him from the dead and glorified him, and so YOUR FAITH AND HOPE ARE IN GOD. Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for each other, LOVE ONE ANOTHER DEEPLY, FROM THE HEART. For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.” (1 Pet. 1:18-23)
