GOD’S ORIGINAL CREATION By Linius Rake
Tell the Truth Publication, 2018

When the Revival Crusaders first stepped out onto the new earth, one of the first topics of discussion centered on whether the
post-tribulation earth that God recreated is the same as the original earth that God created in the beginning. A thorough and exhaustive
discussion by the Revival Crusaders ended with no definitive answers. At that time, the angel Cody comes forward to give an eye
witness account of how things were both before and after the Original Creation.

Chapter 1 – A Round Table Discussion
It had been only a few days since the New Jerusalem had descended from heaven to the newly recreated earth. The Revival Crusaders had ventured out to explore the unparalleled and exquisite beauty of the Lord’s handiwork. They still remembered the greatness of the old earth before the Tribulation. While attending the Mobile Bible College during the great revival, they often visited the beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. Its shores were sandy white and the waters were emerald green, with breathtaking combinations of colors at both sunrise and sunset. During the Tribulation, they
had traveled to the Montana ranch of George Finney and saw the majestic Rocky Mountains with their snow capped peaks and matchless views of nature that existed away from the pollution of the cities. However, the very best memories from the old world paled in comparison to what they had seen during their early travels in God’s new earth. Their journey had recently led them to the Garden of Eden, where they were staying in a guesthouse that was located on a hill overlooking the valley below. As the group gathered on a warm afternoon at a table outside the dining area, the topic of discussion quickly shifted to questions about the original creation of God. Although each of the Crusaders had relationships with other friends and family members, the bonds that were created in the mission field during the Tribulation had grown stronger following the Rapture and Resurrection, the Thousand Years, and even after the Marriage of the Bride and Groom.

Well, I have read it, and it didn’t take too long. There is something about a fictional story that allows some people to read when they won’t touch a theology book. Even though it a fictional account, I found it to have an enormous amount of scripture concerning the creation. Basically, the story is told by an angel named Cody, who relates his account to a group called the Crusaders. It basically gives life to a story about what might have happened if there truly was a gap in Gen 1:2. I thoroughly liked it, as stories, rather than a theology text, made it very interesting. The reader probably won’t agree with everything that has been added to make it a story, but it does for the most part follow bible passages that relate to the creation.

This book was an interesting book on the creation. It is a free read here, and probably would cost you $10 if you were to buy it. Might want to check it out and post your comments.

One point of interest was that God as the three person Trinity was present in His home called heaven before the creation of the heavens and earth. Heaven was described as not a created place but an extension of the very being of God, much like His glory. It was here that the angels were created prior to the creation of the universe, which was dated at 14.5B years.

I like that – Heaven an extension of the very being of God

I like that idea too. Obviously, the 1st and 2nd heavens were a part of the Creation, but God’s home, the 3rd heaven, would seem to have always existed along with the Godhead. John 4:24 says, “God is spirit,” which means before creation that the Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirt were all spiritual being, living in s spiritual place. In the story, it was here that the angels were created, as spiritual beings also, whose initial place was to worship and serve God in a time before Creation. Although eternity is timeless, in human terms, this could have existed for eons before the Creation of a material universe.

In the story, the angel, Cody, at the point of his creation, was suddenly aware of being in a place where many many other angels surrounded him in front of a great throne where the Godhead sat. He knew his name, and had all of the God given qualities and talents that an angel would ever need to use throughout eternity. One of the first acts of the angels was to begin worshipping the God who had just created them.

Troy Day Yeah, some people do. For sure, when Jesus in Luke 10:18 Jesus says, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven,” he was referring to a past event that happened before the temptation of Adam and Eve, when Lucifer sinned and was thrown down to earth. This verse is clearly not a prophecy of a future event in the end times. The death and resurrection of Jesus, and the establishment of the church was the defeat of Satan. The battle in Rev 12:7 therefore must refer back to Satan’s fall before creation. A defeated Satan would not be able to enter the 3rd heaven in the end times and do battle with Michael, since he was already thrown out. True, Satan was allow to come into the 2nd heaven until the Tribulation to accuse the brethren, but he never was allowed into God’s home in the the 3rd heaven. That is my view, and if I am wrong then I will find out differently when the Tribulation occurs.
