Every Christian should be familiar with what this precious Pentecostal couple noticed and practiced about healing prayer. That is, in the New Testament all healing is done by command (just as exorcisms are) and there are no healing prayers of petition. I have found that this greatly improves the ability of all Christians, no matter how inexperienced, to minister healing prayer. This does not exclude other forms of healing prayer, such as “soaking prayer,” etc. The workshop I facilitate combines command, soaking and sacramental healing prayers.
