The way I see it in the scripture there are at least six (6) raptures (i.e. catching aways).

In the Old Testament period (proper):
1. Enoch this is recorded in Genesis 5:24,
2. Elijah this is recorded in II Kings 2:11

In the New Testament period (after the crucifixion of Jesus):
3. Jesus this is recorded in Acts 1:9,
4. Jesus’ Body (i.e. the Church (this is pre-trib)) this is recorded in Revelation 4:1-2 and Revelation 5:8-11

In the Tribulation period:
5. the 144,000 this is recorded in Revelation 14:1-5,
6. the two (2) witnesses this is recorded in Revelation 11:12

There should be a seventh rapture, but I don’t see it in the scripture. Seven is the number of completion. It probably isn’t recorded in the scripture, it most likely will occur at the end of the millennial kingdom when the people of that age will be raptured up out of the earth, so that God can destroy the earth with fire.

I agree that there have been raptures in the past and will be more in the future. The 7th rapture is found in Matthew 24:29-31 and Isaiah 11:11-12. Those involved in this rapture are gathered up by the angels and taken to Israel as Messiah and His pre-trib raptured Wife descend upon the mountains of Israel.

Genesis 5:24 24Enoch walked faithfully with God; then he was no more, because God took him away. Where is rapture? no where.

2 Kings 2:11 11As they were walking along and talking together, suddenly a chariot of fire and horses of fire appeared and separated the two of them, and Elijah went up to heaven in a whirlwind. Again where is rapture?

Latch on to a claim (like preTrib rapture) then twist and turn any scripture you can find into a support for the claim you had before you found the verse.

See how men lie. I always listen and then I check and find another lie.

They just spin the wheel and say rapture. Makes no sense,

Revelation 14: 1-5, concerning the 144,000, says nothing at all that would support a rapture theory.
It merely states they are upon the mount accompianing Messiah

End Times doctrine that’s preached and believed by most of Christianity is a myth. A deliberate ploy by Satan to redirect the last days church to be asleep at the wheel when Jesus returns. This is why I read my own bible, I now call rapture “The Christian Science Fiction Doctrine”. Cause they just make stuff up and then expect you to listen.

    Here is your missing rapture:

38 And he commanded the chariot to stop, and they both went down into the water, Philip and the eunuch, and he baptized him.
39 And when they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord carried Philip away, and the eunuch saw him no more, and went on his way rejoicing.
40 But Philip found himself at Azotus, and as he passed through he preached the gospel to all the towns until he came to Caesarea. – Acts 8:38-40

2Thessalonians chapter 2. Follow the subject which is our gathering back to Christ. The son of perdition comes first defacto. I encourage you to find out who the son of perdition is. Don’t be deceived by satan.

The 7th rapture is found in Revelation 14:14-16 at an unknown hour during the GT. There isn’t one in John 4:1, but the dead in Christ are caught up to heaven about the time of the two witnesses in Revelation 11:18 for their rewards just after the 7th trumpet in the middle of the 70th week.

    Romans 11:8
as it is written: “God gave them a spirit of stupor, eyes that could not see, and ears that could not hear, to this very day.”
