Every pastor should teach on leadership from time to time but I disagree with Franklin when he says everyone is called to be a leader. We should also teach on how to be good followers. Common sense teaches us that there must be more followers than leaders. I am delighted when someone else takes the leadership and I can fall in line and encourage and support.
