I wish I could agree with you, Bruce Donovan, that Russia is underestimating us by doing this.
Unfortunately they have been given real reason to believe they can get away with things like this because of President Obama and a Congress that will not stand up to him.
Under another President (Reagan for one) they WOULD be underestimating us and playing with real fire by doing something like this.
Sadly, with the current President they are not, I fear.
Russia (and other countries) are seeing how much they can get away with. How far they can “push” it.
The have no fear of the US because they have no fear or respect for it’s current President.
