Are women really saved by childbearing according to 1 Timothy 2:15?
In 1 Timothy, Paul says:
1 Timothy 2:15 (ESV)
15 Yet she will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith and love and holiness, with self-control.
Does the “she” refer to Eve, or all women? And does the “they” refer to the same object as the “she”?
The New International Version seems to think that it applies to all women:
1 Timothy 2:15 (NIV)
15 But women will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith, love and holiness with propriety.
But a natural reading of this doesn’t seem to agree with most Scripture, including:
Galatians 3:28 (NIV)
28 There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

I’ve never heard of women pastors priest. We have two women preachers in our church. I’m talking ours only. We have a lot of women preachers and all kind of workers , in the Church Of God but I have never heard them called priest.

My understanding is that priest derives from Old English word for elder. Can some linguist here confirm or correct that?

Wherever two or three are gathered in his Name, the Spirit of the Lord which gives liberty will be there.
But the enemy also wants to destroy. That is why men led by the Lord are essential, providing protection for Godly women to have such liberty. In cases where the enemy may be present, Godly women will be silent.
The greatest need in the church today are men truly devoted to the Lord. (I am not referring to men devoted to their profession.) That is what led to the great Pentecostal revival. There were also great Godly women participating in those meetings.
