STAND AGAINST THE SPIRITUAL ENEMY, by Ray E Horton

Have you noticed an increase in attacks lately as the Body of Christ is becoming stronger? I see it at the individual, church, national and world-wide levels. We overcome “by the blood of the Lamb (what Jesus did on the cross) and the word of our testimony” (Rev. 12:11) by which we speak forth the faith to receive the victory.

The only tool he has left after Jesus’ victory is lies and deception, but he is exceptionally good at that, trying to rob our faith if he could (if we let him)

I just saw three urgent prayer requests for people at church. A bad report of healed cancer metastasizing; a major infection and hives with a brother who just recently had a heart procedure, and the death of the 47-year old son of one of our brothers who has already been through a lot. We have had a lot of testimonies and victories, and the enemy isn’t happy, but we won’t receive his lying symptoms.

Please join me in prayer! In Jesus name I declare in these situations the victory won for us by Jesus at the cross, and we receive it by faith. We are redeemed from the curse of the law (Gal. 3:13-14), summarized from Deut. 28 as sickness, poverty, and spiritual death (Deut. 28). No cancer, no infection, and peace at time of loss, in Jesus name. And every other lying symptom the enemy would put on God’s people, I rebuke those lies in Jesus name, and declare the victory.

Attacks Increasing as the Church Grows Stronger

Believers, we need to be alert and stand against the enemy who is out to steal, kill and destroy and hinder the work of the Lord in the church and among believers. The only tool he has left after Jesus’ victory is lies and deception, but he is exceptionally good at that, trying to rob our faith if he could (if we let him).

Standing against is not standing WITH..
The current spritual trend depicts the latter
