Can one be led by the Spirit without being baptized in the Spirit?

Yes, there is a difference between saved-indwelt, and baptized-spirit filled.
The first is for us personally.
The second is for power to witness to others and for the gifts and evidences in ministry.

Troy, I believe that the answer is yes. Not long ago a lady baptist missionary told me of a miraculous journey out of a dangerous area, in Africa, and how that she was directed all along the way to safety. Her story registered with my spirit and made goosebumps rise on me.
