Judge Fred Crifasi of the 19th Judicial District Court put Rev. Tony Spell, the controversial pastor of Life Tabernacle Church, on house arrest at 9 a.m. Tony Spell, pastor of Life Tabernacle Church in Baton Rouge, was taken into police custody Tuesday, according to the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office. A day earlier, the Central Police Department had issued a warrant for his arrest, accusing him of aggravated assault.
Records from the sheriff’s office indicate that Spell was released on bond of $5,000.
The arrest warrant was based on video evidence of an incident that occurred Sunday, Central Police Chief Roger Corcoran said.A witness told police that the bus stopped short of a protester
Police records obtained by CNN affiliate WBRZ indicate that Spell was driving a church bus that day and backed it up on the shoulder of a road, in the direction of a protester demonstrating in front of the church.
A witness told officers that he saw the bus continue to back up “for no apparent reason” and that it eventually slammed its brakes about five feet away from the protester, according to the arrest warrant. Judge Fred Crifasi of the 19th Judicial District Court put Rev. Tony Spell, the controversial pastor of Life Tabernacle Church, on house arrest at 9 a.m.

Not my prophecy. A FB friends of mine
    Jon Rossiter

THIS IS A PROPHECY I RECEIVED TODAY. SHARE WITH EVERYONE. God is calling us to be made aware of the plans of Satan in these last days. Even the church of Christ has been deceived by the mouth of Satan and believe the false narrative of this virus and the propaganda behind it !

Many of my prophets and prophetic people have drank deeply of me in this last season,
Being deeply imbued and intoxicated with my Spirit,

But many have not been circumspect… Many have been ignorant of the tactics of Satan,
And this enemy has mixed into the drink, has mixed into the Holy Ghost parties, into the infilling place, unbeknownst to many of my people.

My people have been stung, even paralyzed in their mouths from an enemy that should have been under their feet.

But the poison is wearing off, says the Lord, and the scars are healing, for I the Lord have prepared the perfect antibody,.. I the Lord, have procured the perfect healing anointing for my mouthpieces in this hour, says the Lord.

Many of you will begin to roar again, you’ll begin to prophesy again, you’ll begin to unleash the lion from within again like Elijah did, and I the Lord will cause you to speak through the pain, to prophesy through the anguish, and overcome where it has been humanly impossible for you to do so up to this point.

Many of you will be marked by the warfare moving forward, many of you will limp the rest of your lives, but know this: what the enemy intended for you destruction, for your silencing, will be used for the shaping of your voice as my mouthpieces, saith the Lord.

What you thought was weakness will be turned into power, and I will make you champions in this day, uniquely set apart for this time and for this hour, prepared as vessels unto honor in the house of the Lord

Troy Day I would like to hear it from him verbally. Written prophecy is harder to judge the spirit of the prophet, seeing that I do not know the man. As far as that goes, nothing rang untrue. It is very interesting and hopeful. As far as the wounded prophets part, I have never seen anyone who was effective for God that didn’t have battle scars.

The order could be WRONG but NO judge will let you play with his court time after time without a sentence increase and judicial escalation Meanwhile in LA https://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/duck-dynasty-star-willie-robertsons-estate-targeted-with-gunfire-family-says

Troy Day the initial order and arrest were unlawful. That would negate any order because the judge himself is complicit it violating state and Federal law in this matter.

The federal criminal statute that enforces Constitutional limits on conduct by law enforcement officers is 18 U.S.C. § 242. Section 242 provides in relevant part:

“Whoever, under color of any law, …willfully subjects any person…to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States [shall be guilty of a crime].”

      Failure to Intervene

An officer who purposefully allows a fellow officer to violate a victim’s Constitutional rights may be prosecuted for failure to intervene to stop the Constitutional violation. To prosecute such an officer, the government must show that the defendant officer was aware of the Constitutional violation, had an opportunity to intervene, and chose not to do so. This charge is often appropriate for supervisory officers who observe uses of excessive force without stopping them, or who actively encourage uses of excessive force but do not directly participate in them.
