Troy Day Sad but true brother Troy. I cant remember if it was in here or another forum, I said: i lament the day when the Pentecostal church held a high veiw of scripture. I realize I’m younger than most in the group, I came to Pentecostalism by way of the charismatic movement (NAR) in around 2009.. I eventually searched out the doctrines of classical Pentecostalism, received the baptismof the Spirit and have been trying,not necessarily succeeding, in helping other charismatics to get back to the scriptural roots of our movement

The classical stance of the Pentecostal doctrine is holiness or hell. Holiness is to be the occupation of the life of a born again Spirit filled belevier. If we lose sight of that I’m afraid we will lose sight of Jesus..
