Enhance Your Ministry Skills
The best way to enhance your ministry skills, is one skill at a time. Evaluate your ability, decide what skill is the most urgent for you to improve upon.
Focus on studying this skill. Keep your self focused, on learning this skill for a designated amount of time. Do not stop studying, until you’ve reached your time goal. A good time Goal is 6 months.
For 6 months, dedicate yourself to learn quality, information about the skill.
Read one book per month on your skill.
Research online to find seminars in your geographical area. A lot of these are held on weekends and even evenings to make it easier for those working full-time to attend. Check out your local colleges an colleges for seminars as well as companies that provide training seminars.
Interview people, who have the qualities, with this skill that you desire.
Before you know it, your abilities, and knowledge in this skill will has improved, greatly.
Maybe, one day people will be interviewing you, about your abilities with this skill.
