E. J. Boehmer was the pastor of my hometown COG from 1917-1920. He parayed alongside Frank Bartleman for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit at Azusa Street and then came to Tennessee and met R. G. Spurling abt. 1910 and was appointed to McMinnville, Tennessee in 1917.
