Outline from November 5, 2019 LDD Webinar
18Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to
me.
19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the
Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20 and teaching them to obey everything I have
commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.
– Matthew 28:18-20

Two Foundational Truths to Embrace

1. God wants ME to GROW
2. God wants His Church to GROW
He also said, “This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the ground.
Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not
know how. All by itself the soil produces grain–first the stalk, then the head, then the full
kernel in the head. As soon as the grain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest
has come.” – Mark 4:26-29
